What We Do

Measure of Hope offers rental subsidy and supportive housing services management to help individuals and families by using housing as a platform to improve health outcomes.

— We Build Networks

Measure of Hope coordinates high-impact partnerships with a range of organizations, including state and local health departments, national and community-based organizations, and other partners.

— We Strengthen

Measure of Hope facilitates physical and mental health assessments and support  individuals to strengthen HIV prevention and treatment outcomes.

— We Educate

Measure of Hope educates individuals on HIV transmission, treatment, care and monitoring options, along with taking steps to prevent HIV-related opportunistic infections.

05.

— We Provide Care

Measure of Hope assist with federal, state, private and local benefits. We arrange transportation to clinics and primary health care providers.

06.

— We Consult

Measure of Hope consults with people who are living with HIV/AIDS or are at potential risk of contracting HIV/AIDS, and emphasize the benefits of testing, risk avoidance and the next steps after a positive result.
